We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your booking. However, any rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

We encourage you to bring your own gear for ease of use but provide 2 Godox flashes with every booking.

Yes, well behaved pets are welcomed! Please clean up if any accidents occur.

Yes, but please do NOT bring any food or drinks on the cyclorama!

Please limit your party to only those who will participate in the session.

Yes! Kids are welcome but remember to keep an eye on them and do not allow them on the cyclorama unattended! See our rules in our booking page about cyclorama use.

Yes! We want to see every photo and video created at the studio!
